Home tour – Villa Madalena

Villa Madalena in Sao Paulo Brazil – The most important source of inspiration for this beautiful villa is the Brazilian folk art. All the creations in the house were conceived as a way to improve the self-esteem of Brazilians to highlight their history. Personal memories and cultural roots have a special place. The result is playful, warm and harmonious. Love the bold colors towards the neutral base and all the personal and unique decorations mixed in a relaxed and almost nonchalant way.

For two and a half years, Marcelo and Cristiane Rosenbaum have lived in Villa Madalena with their two children. They found the house after three years of fruitless searching; they fell in love with the place and the neighborhood. They redesign the space and made a decoration that looks like them. The house has been transformed into a creative laboratory, with the help of various trades craft Brazil. This house is more than just a mirror of the creative state of mind of its inhabitants, as they say: “It refers to our interests, expectations and habits. This is the core of our path design, more than any real achievement. ”

Home tour – Villa Live

Home tour this week goes to Villa Live in southern Spain. A villa with a rough and personal décor and a special rustic charm of restored furniture mixed with some minimalistic modern pieces. Sometimes at odds with luxury items that breaks up the outline of simplicity and reinforces it.
